Placement Coordination
Under the Placement Department we have a team of Placement officer's which is dedicated & responsible for providing post placement support to the candidates & ensuring better retention of candidates after placement.
At present, this team maintains a database of each of its students and is constantly in touch with all the students who have successfully completed their skill training and are placed with various companies/institutions.
The objective of keeping the information is to analyze the trend of retention by the employer and continuation of job by the employee. Database of post placement support include the profile, the career plan and the work achievement of each student which is periodically reviewed and updated by the team. This is mainly to assess the technical and social changes happening in the employment sector due to prevailing environment because of the diverse demand and supply of human resources.
The students who have completed their training through Green Park are given access to post-counseling sessions, objective is to help the students to make them self-driven in accordance with the changing demand in the employment arena.
